Key Product Features and Benefits Versatile CookingThe angled cooking plate features a griddle and flat plate, which allows the user to cook a variety of foods from searing meats/fish, roasting, baking or smoking. Eggs, pancakes and delicate fish can be gently cooked on the flat portion with the hood open. The griddle is perfect for searing meats, vegetables, cheeses etc and creating diamond grill marks. The hood depth with the thermometer allows perfect roasting, baking and smoking with the hood closed. Up to 10 people can be catered for using this barbecue. Healthy The non stick surface of the cooking plate minimises the use of oils/fats for cooking. The angle of the cooking plate drains excess fat from the food to the fat drip tray providing healthier eating. Lightweight The ergonomic handles and lightweight aluminium body makes transporting safe and easy for one person. The compact design makes transport and storage easy for urban dwellers. Easy to clean The fat management system which drains the fat from the cooking plate to the drip tray makes cleaning as easy as throwing away a disposable aluminium tray. The non stick cooking plate is easily cleaned with a simple wipe. This makes the transportation of the used barbecue easy and stress free for the user. |
