Product Manufacturer Product Description and Principal Function(s) The SOLID™ Freestanding Vertical Surfboard Display Rack is a highly resolved ergonomic and aesthetic, independent surfboard storage system.This unique concept universally displays, stores and protects shortboards and longboards and can be expanded to safely hold any multiple number of surfboards through the intelligent use of innovative, multifunctional modular componentry. The resultant Patent-Pending design demonstrates a commitment to supply a functional and emotional solution that is built to perform and provide the integrity, quality and craftsmanship the world's surfing industry deserves. In appearance the SOLID™ Freestanding Vertical Surfboard Display contains sculptural avant-garde elements that are integral to iconic Bauhaus Design. Key Product Features and Benefits Self adjustable foam grips ensure the precious rails of any surfboard are protected when loading, un-loading or dormant. Two sprung aluminium side supports maintain the critical memory and inertia required to perform without compromising strength or performance. The aluminium flat bar thickness and radius is formulated to allow optimal and universal expansion of the arms to accommodate the widest surfboard, whilst also providing the necessary lateral stability required to maintain a rigid and inert position. Thick robust PVC is used for fin protection and routered foam padding was formulated to cushion and grab the surfboard tail. RELIABILITY AND ADAPTATION By simply interchanging the 2 base supports, the display rack is immediately transformed into a multi-linked surfboard system that can be customised in length to stow any multiple number of boards, with and without fins which consequently provides even greater safety, strength and stability. Each SOLID™ Freestanding Vertical Surfboard Display Rack consists of interchangeable and replaceable component parts, allowing the consumer to cost effectively up-grade or replace any independent element. The feet and base supports are easily removed so the SOLID™ Freestanding Vertical Display Rack can be instantly flat packed for storage or shipping.
