Methven's Satinjet Tahi is a luxurious water and energy saving shower system. Its modular build means it will suit almost any installation, ranging from the ultimate shower environment to one taken back to basics. Simply add or subtract components, such as generous shelving able to be set at any height; a textured footrest that can be connected to the spine or mounted separately; hand shower with massage spray option and overhead drencher shower. The intrinsic versatility of the ‘Tahi’ construct, enables the user to totally personalise their shower combination and experience.

Satinjet Tahi integrates pure functionality with iconic form. Its dynamic angular statement, introduces a design language that draws influence from other areas of contemporary culture such as electronic products and architecture.

The new modernity and purposeful design delivers a drenching of water from its wide angular headful of twin-jets. Placed ergonomically at the top of the central spine, the drencher head emits a waterfall of 3,000 droplets of water per second, blanketing the user, but consuming only 9L of water per minute. The hand, dual spray function shower also provides the revolutionary water saving Twin-jet performance with added flexibility, using only 7.5L per minute. Achieving the highest 3 Star WELS rating for showers, Tahi belies the belief that water saving showers are a compromise.

Combined with the associated savings of energy - heating over 50% less water consumed - the positive impact on water saving and carbon emissions is setting important new benchmarks for bathroomware and the family home.

The bold aesthetic is achieved by stripping the form down to a simplicity that celebrates hard lines, ultra-flat surfaces and crisp joins. This technical clarity communicates the inspired engineering that goes into delivering a totally new shower experience. The interface is integrated into the wall, and allows for thermostatic control of temperature and individual flow control for the separate components.
